      OUR SERVICES

      Physical therapy can foster each patient’s independence and enable functional mobility skills following orthopedic or neurological conditions or injuries. Innovative techniques are used to restore maximum function and minimize pain. Improving range of motion strength, coordination and muscle control will bring you closer to your functional goals.

      Occupational therapy focuses on achieving greater independence in the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and eating following an illness or injury. To promote maximum function and mobility, our therapists use rehabilitation techniques and train residents in the use of specialized equipment.

      Speech-language therapy helps patients improve their communication skills in speaking, problem solving, reading, writing, and verbal expressions. Therapists also provide evaluation and treatment for a variety of swallowing disorders.

      • The staff at Centre Point was awesome during my 7 day stay. The therapist, nurses, and nurse practitioner Ms. Forbes. They were all great. Very professional and was always asking if I needed anything and how I was feeling. If I ever have to have any rehab. I want to go back to Centre Point.       • I believe that Centre Pointe is a very good rehab facility. The nurses and aides were very helpful and nice. The physical therapists were very professional and encouraged me to do my best. The food was good and the service over the time I was there was great. I would recommend Centre Pointe to anyone who is considering a rehab facility in this area.

      • I spent six weeks here doing physical rehab during the pandemic. It was an excellent experience—private room and bath, good rehab specialists, good equipment, caring CNAs. Everyone was diligent about masks and hand washing. I returned for outpatient rehab.

      • They took great care of my mother both times she was placed in their facility. Super attentive and caring. My mother had nothing but great things to say about the nurses and doctors who treated her while she was healing. They really treated her like family and were always very informative and up front about the treatments/therapy she was receiving.       • My 83 year old mother broke her hip and was in rehab at Centre Pointe for almost 4 months. While it was difficult not being able to see her due to COVID, we managed well with the help of the staff that always gave us updates on her progress. The physical therapy was excellent and she was especially complementary of her therapist Clark. The Center Pointe staff assisted us transitioning her back to our house by answering the many questions we had. They also followed up after she was home to check on her well being. I highly recommend Centre Pointe for your loved one.
